Is my health insurance accepted?

Dr. Kutner is considered an "out-of-network" provider. He is not a member of any health insurance plan; however, our office can assist you in completing insurance forms for you to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network benefits. Please feel free to reach out to your insurance provider to see how much out-of-network coverage will be reimbursed.

What is the cost of a Neuropsychological Evaluation?

Please contact our office to obtain the cost of a Neuropsychological Evaluation. Our staff will speak with you to determine what kind of evaluation is indicated.

What is included in the Neuropsychological Evaluation?

The Neuropsychological Evaluation with Dr. Kutner includes a full review of medical records, a history taking portion, 3-4 hour examination (Neuropsychological testing), a final narrative report, and a follow-up consultation to discuss findings and recommendations.

How long does testing at your center take?

Please plan on spending 3-4 hours for testing at our office. You will be undergoing a comprehensive examination. Rest breaks will be provided during the day. If more convenient, the assessment can be scheduled over a period of two days. 

When will I know my results?

In most cases, an initial diagnostic impression will be given within one-hour of exam completion. Dr. Kutner will schedule a subsequent post-evaluation session where he will review the results with you in detail and answer any questions you may have.
